Professional Servers
Waitstaff who keep your home running smoothly
Servers who arrive early, learn your plan, and then quietly run the room: passing, pouring, clearing and tidying. Event cleanup is included with server service, so your kitchen never becomes the story of the night.

Scope
What our servers can do
Scope is confirmed with you before the event. Commonly, servers handle:
- Set tables, dress linens and finish place settings
- Build buffet, dessert and beverage stations
- Receive and arrange food you or your caterer provides
- Pass hors d'oeuvres on trays through the room
- Serve plated courses or tend an active buffet
- Refresh drinks, water glasses, coffee and tea
- Clear plates and glassware continuously
- Keep the kitchen, counters and serving areas orderly
- Wash, dry and put away dishware and glassware
- Consolidate trash and recycling into your bins
- Wipe down kitchen, bar and serving surfaces at the end
- Pack leftovers and stage rentals for pickup
- Return event furniture and rooms to their original layout
What stays with you
- Cook or prepare menus (we serve food you or your caterer provide)
- Purchase food, beverages or rentals on your behalf
- Supply or sell alcohol
- Deep cleaning beyond event spaces and service areas
How staffing works
How we build the plan
No packages to squeeze your event into. We start from your details and work back to a team size.
Event cleanup is part of the service
Servers help maintain the event space throughout the party and handle event-related cleanup as part of their service: clearing, dishes and glassware, wiping down kitchen, bar and serving surfaces, trash consolidated into your bins, leftovers packed and rentals staged. It is included in the hourly server rate, never billed as an add-on. Our separate cleaning-only crew is for hosts who need cleaners without servers.
We size the team to the service style
Passed appetizers and plated courses need more hands than a buffet. Guest count, timing and the number of stations all factor into how many servers we recommend.
One lead keeps the plan on track
For larger events, one server acts as the point of contact so you're not directing a group of people during your own party.
Timing is written down
Arrival, service start, dessert, and end-of-night reset are agreed in advance and included in your proposal.
Uniform is your choice
All black, or white shirt with black trousers and apron. If your event has a specific look, tell us and we'll match it where we can.

Professional Servers
$43/hourper server
Four-hour minimum per staff member.
Event cleanup is included with server service.
Setup, passed hors d'oeuvres, buffet and plated service, continuous clearing, and event cleanup at the end. Cleanup is included with server service at no additional charge.
Servers help maintain the event space throughout the party and handle event-related cleanup as part of their service: clearing, dishes and glassware, wiping down kitchen, bar and serving surfaces, consolidating trash into your bins, packing leftovers and staging rentals. That work is part of the hourly server rate, not an added fee.
How many staff you need depends on guest count, service style and what your event asks of the team, so every plan is written for your event before you commit to anything.
