Dinner parties
Seated service, wine poured, courses cleared, and a kitchen that looks untouched by dessert.
Events we staff
Whether it's twelve people at a dinner table or two hundred under a tent, the question is the same: how many hands does this event need, and when? Here's where we're most often asked to help.

Occasions
Each of these brings its own rhythm: timing, service style and how the space needs to be reset afterward.
Seated service, wine poured, courses cleared, and a kitchen that looks untouched by dessert.
Buffet care, drink refreshes and steady tidying so the host isn't the one carrying plates.
All-afternoon gatherings with continuous food replenishment and trash kept out of sight.
Family-heavy daytime events with mixed ages, buffet stations and a quick post-lunch reset.
Softer service: passed bites, coffee and tea, gift-table support and gentle clearing.
Passed hors d'oeuvres, a tended bar, and a room that stays photograph-ready.
Tents, grills and long tables, with staff who move well between outdoor stations and the kitchen.
Open-house timing, warm platters watched, and the host free to greet everyone at the door.
Support alongside your planner and caterer, or fuller service for at-home and tented celebrations.
Discreet, unhurried help so a family can receive guests without managing the room.
Passed trays, beverage stations and an orderly space throughout the program.
Client dinners, office receptions and open houses staffed with a professional, low-profile presence.
Who we work with
Different clients need different things from a staffing partner.
You've planned the menu and the guest list. We supply the people so you can greet guests at the door instead of watching the oven.
Reliable staff who read a timeline, follow a lead, and don't need managing. Tell us the run of show and we'll fit into it.
Overflow support for busy weekends, with staff who respect house rules and existing service standards.
Office receptions, client dinners and open houses staffed with a professional, low-profile presence.
Services
Most events combine two of the three. We'll suggest the mix in your plan.
Attentive service, quietly delivered
Servers who set the room, pass hors d'oeuvres, tend the buffet, clear as guests finish, and handle event cleanup before they leave. Event cleanup is included with server service.
A calm, well-run bar
Bar staff who build your station, prep garnishes and ice, pour the beverages you provide, keep glassware moving, and break the bar down at the end of the night.
Wake up to a finished house
A cleaning-only booking for hosts who do not need servers. This separate reset crew consolidates trash, organizes leftovers, gathers rentals, wipes down kitchen and serving areas, and returns your event spaces to how you like them.

How it works
Straightforward from first message to the end of the night.
Date, town, guest count, and the kind of evening you have in mind. A few sentences is enough to start.
We recommend how many servers, bartenders or reset crew your event needs, with timing and scope written out clearly.
Our team arrives prepared, runs service quietly, and leaves your spaces reset, so you can be present.
Every event is quoted individually. Share the details and we'll respond with a staffing recommendation.
Plan your event
Share a few details and we will review availability, then follow up with a staffing plan built around your date, guest count and service style.
No obligation
An inquiry is a request, not a booking. You will always see the plan before anything is confirmed.
Availability checked first
We confirm staff availability for your date and town before we discuss details.
