Events we staff

Every kind of gathering, staffed with the same care

Whether it's twelve people at a dinner table or two hundred under a tent, the question is the same: how many hands does this event need, and when? Here's where we're most often asked to help.

Private home party at dusk seen from the lawn, with about twenty guests in small groups on a large wooden deck and around a fire table on the grass, open patio doors showing a lit home kitchen and dining room, and a server clearing plates

Occasions

Gatherings across Suffolk County

Each of these brings its own rhythm: timing, service style and how the space needs to be reset afterward.

Dinner parties

Seated service, wine poured, courses cleared, and a kitchen that looks untouched by dessert.

Birthdays

Buffet care, drink refreshes and steady tidying so the host isn't the one carrying plates.

Graduations

All-afternoon gatherings with continuous food replenishment and trash kept out of sight.

Communions & confirmations

Family-heavy daytime events with mixed ages, buffet stations and a quick post-lunch reset.

Showers

Softer service: passed bites, coffee and tea, gift-table support and gentle clearing.

Engagements & anniversaries

Passed hors d'oeuvres, a tended bar, and a room that stays photograph-ready.

Backyard celebrations

Tents, grills and long tables, with staff who move well between outdoor stations and the kitchen.

Holiday gatherings

Open-house timing, warm platters watched, and the host free to greet everyone at the door.

Weddings

Support alongside your planner and caterer, or fuller service for at-home and tented celebrations.

Memorial gatherings

Discreet, unhurried help so a family can receive guests without managing the room.

Fundraisers

Passed trays, beverage stations and an orderly space throughout the program.

Corporate events

Client dinners, office receptions and open houses staffed with a professional, low-profile presence.

Who we work with

Hosts, planners, venues and companies

Different clients need different things from a staffing partner.

Homeowners & families

You've planned the menu and the guest list. We supply the people so you can greet guests at the door instead of watching the oven.

Wedding & event planners

Reliable staff who read a timeline, follow a lead, and don't need managing. Tell us the run of show and we'll fit into it.

Venues

Overflow support for busy weekends, with staff who respect house rules and existing service standards.

Corporate clients

Office receptions, client dinners and open houses staffed with a professional, low-profile presence.

Services

Match the staffing to the occasion

Most events combine two of the three. We'll suggest the mix in your plan.

Attentive service, quietly delivered

Professional Servers

Servers who set the room, pass hors d'oeuvres, tend the buffet, clear as guests finish, and handle event cleanup before they leave. Event cleanup is included with server service.

  • Table, station and buffet setup
  • Passed appetizers, plated or buffet service
  • Continuous clearing and tidying
  • Event cleanup included at no extra charge

A calm, well-run bar

Private Bartenders

Bar staff who build your station, prep garnishes and ice, pour the beverages you provide, keep glassware moving, and break the bar down at the end of the night.

  • Bar setup, ice and garnish prep
  • Serving the beverages you supply
  • Glassware handling and bar tidiness
  • End-of-night bar breakdown

Wake up to a finished house

Event Cleaning & Reset

A cleaning-only booking for hosts who do not need servers. This separate reset crew consolidates trash, organizes leftovers, gathers rentals, wipes down kitchen and serving areas, and returns your event spaces to how you like them.

  • Trash and recycling consolidated
  • Leftovers packed and labeled
  • Rentals gathered and stacked
  • Booked separately when you are not hiring servers

We recommend how many servers, bartenders or reset crew your event needs, with timing and scope written out clearly.

  3. 03

    Enjoy your guests

Our team arrives prepared, runs service quietly, and leaves your spaces reset, so you can be present.

Tell us what you're planning

Every event is quoted individually. Share the details and we'll respond with a staffing recommendation.

Plan your event

Tell us about your event

Share a few details and we will review availability, then follow up with a staffing plan built around your date, guest count and service style.

  • No obligation

An inquiry is a request, not a booking. You will always see the plan before anything is confirmed.

  • Availability checked first

We confirm staff availability for your date and town before we discuss details.

  • Prefer to talk?

Call or text (631) 394-9169 (send a text) or read the staffing FAQ.

Email or phone, either works.

Approximate is fine.

Services needed *

Choose all that apply. Event cleanup is included with server service, so you only need the cleaning option if you want cleaners without servers.

Timing, service style, caterer or planner involved, anything else useful.

No obligation. We check availability before anything is confirmed, then send a custom staffing plan for your event.
