Set & Serve

Private Bartenders

A bar that runs itself, quietly

Bar staff who build the station, prep ice and garnishes, keep the line moving, and hand you back a clean counter at the end of the night, pouring the beverages you've chosen and provided.

Scope

What our bar staff can do

Bar scope is agreed before the event. Typically, bartenders handle:

  • Set up and organize your bar or beverage station
  • Prep ice, citrus, garnishes and mixers you've supplied
  • Chill and arrange beer, wine and non-alcoholic options
  • Pour and serve the beverages you provide
  • Build a simple cocktail list from your bar stock
  • Keep glassware moving, rinsed and restocked
  • Tidy the bar area continuously through the event
  • Break down the bar and consolidate empties at the end

What stays with you

  • Supply or sell alcohol (you purchase all beverages)
  • Serve guests who appear underage or over-served
  • Provide bar rentals, glassware or ice unless you arrange them
  • Make claims about licensing; any credentials are confirmed directly with the owner

How staffing works

How we build the plan

No packages to squeeze your event into. We start from your details and work back to a team size.

One bar or two?

Guest count and layout decide it. A single well-placed bar serves most home events; larger yards or split indoor-outdoor spaces often run better with two stations.

Simple menus pour faster

Two or three signature drinks plus beer, wine and non-alcoholic options keeps the line short and the bar looking calm all night.

You buy, we serve

Clients purchase all alcohol, mixers and ice. We'll happily give you quantity guidance for your guest count so you're not guessing at the store.

Responsible service, always

Our staff pace service, decline to serve anyone who appears underage or over-served, and keep water and non-alcoholic options visible.

Before you inquire

Answer as many as you can in your message. The more we know, the sharper the plan we send back.

  1. 01

How many guests, and how long will the bar be open?

  2. 02

Beer and wine only, or full cocktails?

  3. 03

Where is the bar going: kitchen, patio, tent, or a rental bar?

  4. 04

Are glassware and ice being rented or supplied by you?

  5. 05

Do you want a short signature drink list built from your stock?

  6. 06

Should the bar be broken down and empties consolidated at the end?
