What we collect
When you submit an inquiry form we collect the details you type in: your name, email address, phone number, event date, event town or ZIP, event type, estimated guest count, the services you're interested in, venue type, your notes, and your preferred contact method.
Why we collect it
We use these details for one purpose: to check availability for your date and respond with a staffing plan or a follow-up question. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list without your permission.
Consent
The consent checkbox on our forms confirms you're comfortable being contacted about your inquiry. Submitting a form does not confirm a booking and does not create an obligation for either of us.
How long we keep it

Children
Our services are marketed to adults planning events. We do not knowingly collect information from children through this website.
