Set & Serve
Wide view of a backyard party at a cedar-shingled Long Island home in late afternoon light, with about twenty adult guests in small separated groups across the lawn, stone patio and deck, open kitchen doors behind them, a server carrying a tray and a bartender working a small patio bar

Suffolk County, Long Island, New York

Enjoy your party. We'll handle the rest.

Professional servers, bartenders, and event cleaning teams who manage the details before, during, and after your event, so you can spend your time with your guests.

Why hosts call us

More time with your guests. Less time managing the party.

Most hosts don't need more advice on their menu; they need people who can carry the evening. Our team handles setup, service, bar support, continuous tidying and breakdown, so you can sit down at your own table and stay there.

We staff private homes, backyards and tents, venues, and offices across Suffolk County, working on our own or alongside your caterer, planner or venue team.

Before, during & after

Coverage across the whole event

Staffing isn't only about the two hours guests are eating. Here's what our team takes on.

Before

Thoughtful setup

  • Tables dressed and place settings finished
  • Buffet and beverage stations built
  • Bar prepped with ice, garnishes and glassware
  • Kitchen organized for the flow of service
During

Attentive service

  • Hors d'oeuvres passed and platters replenished
  • Beverages served from what you've provided
  • Guests supported quietly, never hovered over
  • Continuous clearing and tidying throughout
After

Cleanup included

  • Dishes, glassware and serving pieces handled
  • Leftovers packed, labeled and put away
  • Trash and recycling consolidated
  • Event spaces returned to how you like them

A note on scope: clients purchase their own food and beverages, and arrange rentals such as glassware and linens, unless we add those services in the future. Our bartenders serve the beverages you provide. They do not supply or sell alcohol.

Cleaning details

Four-hour minimum per staff member.

Servers help maintain the event space throughout the party and handle event-related cleanup as part of their service: clearing, dishes and glassware, wiping down kitchen, bar and serving surfaces, consolidating trash into your bins, packing leftovers and staging rentals. That work is part of the hourly server rate, not an added fee.

How many staff you need depends on guest count, service style and what your event asks of the team, so every plan is written for your event before you commit to anything.

Straightforward from first message to the end of the night.

Our standard

What clients can expect

These are the commitments our team works to at every event: the practical version of “be a guest at your own event.”

Arrive early, ready to work

Staff arrive with time to walk the space, confirm the plan with you, and set up before guests appear.

Presentable and professional

Clean, pressed uniforms in the style you choose, and a calm, low-profile presence in your home.

Anticipate, don't wait to be asked

Empty glasses noticed, platters refreshed, plates cleared, before anyone has to look for help.

Treat the home with care

Careful handling of your dishware, linens, furniture and floors, indoors and out.

Keep the space guest-ready

Continuous tidying through the event, so the room looks composed at hour four as it did at hour one.

Leave it better than we found it

Leftovers organized, rentals gathered, trash consolidated, and event spaces reset before we go.
